Terms of use · Last updated 3 August 2026

01Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the Riviera Multi Family Office website (“Riviera MFO”, “we”, “the office”, “the site”). By consulting the site, the visitor accepts these terms in full.

These terms apply to visitors, prospective and current clients, family principals, advisors and partners. They do not replace any separate written engagement letter agreed with the office.

02Nature of the service

Riviera MFO operates as an independent coordination platform for private families. The site presents the office’s positioning, its way of working and the coordination role it performs across a family’s advisors and counterparties.

Information on the site is provided for general presentation purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, a solicitation, or a personalised recommendation of any kind.

03No regulated activity

Riviera MFO carries out no regulated activity. The office provides no investment advice, no portfolio management, no lending or credit intermediation, and no legal, tax, fiduciary, real-estate, residency or immigration services.

Any reference to opportunities, structures or professionals is limited to non-binding introductions. Duly qualified external professionals and institutions remain solely responsible for their own services, advice and execution.

04Use of the website

The site is made available on an “as is” basis. Visitors undertake to use it in good faith and in compliance with applicable law, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or otherwise misuse the site or its underlying systems.

The office may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site’s content or availability.

05Intellectual property

The site and its contents — including text, structure, wordmark, visual identity, imagery and code — are the property of Riviera MFO or of its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

No element of the site may be reproduced, adapted, republished or exploited, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the office, save for personal, non-commercial consultation.

The site may reference or link to external resources operated by third parties. Such references are provided for convenience only. The office exercises no editorial control over external content and accepts no responsibility for it.

07Liability

The office takes reasonable care to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but gives no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or continued availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Riviera MFO accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from access to, use of, or reliance upon the site or any information presented on it. Decisions of a legal, tax, financial or patrimonial nature should be taken only after consultation with a duly qualified professional.

08Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute arising in connection with the site or these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monaco.
