01Our commitment

Riviera Multi Family Office (“Riviera MFO”, “we”, “the office”) considers digital accessibility a natural extension of the discretion and care with which the office serves its principals. We are committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, including visitors relying on assistive technologies.

This statement is prepared in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act, applicable since 28 June 2025 to commercial services offered to consumers within the European Union.

02Standard applied

The office targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, together with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 AA for public and commercial digital services within the European Union.

03Scope of this statement

This statement applies to the public website published at riviera-mfo.mc, including its principal pages, forms and downloadable materials. It does not extend to third-party platforms, correspondence tools or professional services provided by external specialists coordinated on the family’s behalf.

04Compliance status

This website is conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and, by incorporation, with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549. Content, structure and interaction have been designed and reviewed with these criteria in mind, and no known barriers remain at the date of this statement.

05Assessment approach

Conformance is verified through automated evaluation of the site’s pages against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria together with manual review of navigation, forms and keyboard interaction. Should any barrier come to the office’s attention, it will be addressed and this statement updated accordingly.

06Feedback and contact mechanism

Visitors who encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or who wish to request information in an alternative format, are invited to write to the office at [email protected]. The office aims to acknowledge substantive requests within a reasonable period and to respond in a form suited to the visitor’s need.

07Enforcement

Should a response from the office be considered unsatisfactory, the visitor retains the right to raise a complaint with the competent national authority responsible for the enforcement of the European Accessibility Act in their country of residence within the European Union.
