01Scope
This policy applies to information shared with Riviera Multi Family Office (“Riviera MFO”, “we”, “the office”) by prospective and current clients, family principals, advisors, partners and visitors to this website.
Riviera MFO operates exclusively as an independent coordination platform. We do not provide regulated financial, legal, tax, fiduciary or real-estate services. Data processed by authorised external professionals on the family’s behalf is governed by those professionals’ own policies.
02Information we collect
We collect information needed to coordinate the family’s ecosystem, including:
- Identification details (name, role, citizenship, jurisdictions of residence and interest).
- Contact details (email, telephone, postal address).
- Family and operational context shared during the engagement.
- Documents and correspondence transmitted to the office.
- Limited technical information when this website is accessed.
We do not collect or process information beyond what is necessary for the coordination work.
03How we use it
Personal information is used to assess mutual fit during the initial exchange; to scope and deliver an active mandate against the family’s priorities; to coordinate introductions to authorised external professionals; to track open matters, deadlines and counterparties on the family’s behalf; and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
04Sharing
Information is shared only with parties authorised by the family, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the matter at hand. This may include legal, tax, corporate, restructuring, banking, fiduciary, art, real-estate, aviation and other specialists engaged around a specific question.
Riviera MFO does not sell, rent or otherwise commercialise personal information. We do not receive retrocessions, commissions or success fees from external professionals.
05Retention
Personal information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, in line with legal, regulatory and continuity requirements. At the end of that period, information is securely deleted or anonymised.
06Security
The office uses technology tools selected and configured for secure organisation, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and a need-to-know posture across the authorised circle.
Where AI or analytical tools are used, they are used strictly for organisational and analytical purposes. They provide no investment, legal, tax or portfolio-management advice and they do not relay personal information to unauthorised parties.
07Your rights
Depending on the jurisdiction, individuals may be entitled to access, correct, restrict, port, or request deletion of their personal information, and to object to specific processing activities. Requests are addressed in writing to the office at [email protected].
08Cookies & analytics
This website uses only the technical cookies strictly necessary for the page to function. No third-party advertising trackers. No profiling. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be reviewed to keep the site performant.
09Updates
This policy may evolve. Material updates will be reflected in the date at the top of the page. Previous versions are kept on file and available on request.
