01Initial exchange
A single meeting for mutual fit.
Typically ninety minutes, usually at the Monaco offices or at a location chosen by the family. The conversation has no agenda beyond understanding whether the model fits the situation.
Four measured stages, each validating alignment before the next; selectivity is part of the model.
How it unfolds
01Initial exchange
Typically ninety minutes, usually at the Monaco offices or at a location chosen by the family. The conversation has no agenda beyond understanding whether the model fits the situation.
02Mandate & mapping
Mapping of the family’s ecosystem, institutions, advisors, open files and priorities. Deliverable: a written, scoped, time-bounded mandate.
03Active engagement
Weekly operating cadence with a monthly written update, a quarterly in-person family session and an annual flat fee. Work is documented and evaluated against the mandate.
04Continuity
Multi-year engagements reviewed annually. Mandates evolve with generational transitions, liquidity events and jurisdictional changes — without ever resetting the relationship.
